Short answers to the questions the front desk and volunteers ask most.
Does face check-in store a picture of my face?
The kiosk keeps the photo you took at registration and a numeric description of it, used only to recognise you at the kiosk. Staff can remove it from your member record on request.
The camera does not work on the kiosk
The iPad must allow the browser to use the camera (Settings → Safari → Camera). Members can always use Find my name or type their pass code instead.
I forgot to check out
Nothing to do. Open visits close automatically after the time your admin set (Settings → Automatic check-out).
Can a guest use the gym without the resident?
Guests register with a host resident and can then check in on their own, if that is your community’s policy.
What can Staff do that Admin can’t, and the other way round?
Staff run the day: check-ins, members, visits, reports. Admins also manage activities, documents, staff accounts and settings, and can delete records.
Where do I find who is in the building right now?
Overview shows the number; Visits → Still in shows the names.
How do I get the data out?
Members, Visits and Reports each have a CSV export.
