Who this is for: Admin, Manager
AdminManager
Cancelling keeps the record (it shows under Bookings → Cancelled) and frees the nights.
Open the booking and tap Cancel booking.
Tap Yes, cancel to confirm, or Keep to go back.
Send the cancellation notices from Notices so security and housekeeping know.
